Brian Nussbaum

Mr. Nussbaum is a 2004 graduate of Homewood Flossmoor High School.

While in high school, he excelled both in athletics and academics. Mr. Nussbaum was a member of the National Honors Society and played both basketball and baseball. In 2004, he was the recipient of the 110% Male Athlete of the Year award for his career athletic achievements.

Mr. Nussbaum passed up numerous D1 and D2 athletic scholarships to play basketball for D3 powerhouse Illinois Wesleyan University. During this time, he was also an academic all-conference performer. After college, he had the amazing opportunity to play for the USA Maccabi Pan-American basketball team. His team went on to win the gold medal in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in the 2011-2012 Maccabi Pan-American games.

After his athletic career ended, Mr. Nussbaum has focused on helping hundreds of individuals and businesses reach their goals. He has spent time as a Credit Manager for Wells Fargo and as Assistant Director of the Homewood Area Chamber of Commerce. Following those experiences, he completed his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Mr. Nussbaum is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois. His legal practice focuses on Corporate and Real Estate law.

Mr. Nussbaum has an incredible passion for both sports and helping children. Working with Vikings United gives him the opportunity to give back to the community he loves.
